Thanks for that. Really the credit must go to the agent who could just as easily have responded out of anger or annoyance. Instead they chose a more thoughtful course of action which poured oil on troubled waters.

I think the way you handled the situation so diplomatically should be a lesson for others.Perhaps twitter can help to improve relationships between parties when somethimes the spoken word fuels the fire and twitter enables people to express their anger or frustration
