You can't be #1 for every phrase you could think of, and some very extremely competitive. Then the realisation is that these important search words have not even been embedded in their title bar, or as welcome text (top left) of their site, or there are no alt tabs on all their lovely images, and no dynamic titles on their property pages. <br><br>Someone wanted to be high for "Broome real estate" - that's all they wanted. We ladled this into their site, and hey presto, up they went to Page 1, 2nd position in fact (out of 200,000 sites). And for "Broome property" they're there courtesy of Google Local.<br><br>It's not hard, but there are loads of 'snake oil salesmen' out there ripping people off with SEO packages you absolutely don't need!
